Meet The Team
Hannah Morgan
Founder & Director
Hannah worked as a Ks1 and Ks2 Primary teacher for a number of years before setting up Compass. She teaches across the age range and specialises in 11+ exam preparation.
Michael Pringle
Founder & Director
After a career in finance, Michael became passionate about the importance of learning tech from a young age. He now manages the Technology Club at Compass and plans exciting termly modules, alongside our tech teacher Chris.
Jenny
Tutor
Jenny is an experienced teacher, having worked across all Primary year groups. She has been with Compass since 2018 and has helped many learners reach their potential through her supportive and personalised approach.
Lottie
Tutor
Lottie is an experienced teacher, who specialises in teaching English and Maths to KS1. She believes in helping children grow in confidence through fun and engaging activities.
Chris
Tutor
Chris has been with Compass since 2017 and provides highly engaging technology lessons for children aged 7-11.
